The Sales Executive role would suit someone who has previous Field Sales experience (ideally already in FMCG) as you will be driving to retailers daily and meeting customers face to face. You will have the drive to build new relationships with retailers within your region as well as cultivating existing relationships. You will have outstanding communication and listening skills and will have the resilience that comes from previously working in a fast-paced sales environment. You will ensure Habit Factory has great visibility within retail outlets and ultimately meets your customer’s needs and will thrive in a target driven environment. Your drive and determination to succeed will lead you to deliver the Field Sales quarterly and annual objectives, which in turn offer you the ability to grow in your territory and within the company.

We’re looking for people in multiple different locations in UK to cover the following areas:   

  • London North
  • London South
  • Birmingham
  • Bristol/Cardif/Newport Area
  • Manchester/Liverpool Area
  • Cambridge/Norwich/Ipswich Area
  • Leeds/Sheffield Area
  • Newcastle-upon-Tyne/Sunderland/Middlesbrough Area
  • Edinburgh/Glasgow Area

What you’ll be doing:

  • Build a detailed understanding of your territory, from independent vape shops through to independent retailers.
  • Build your own sales cycles to ensure that the company is constantly engaging and present.
  • Maximise the presence and opportunity for our brands within your region to deliver exceptional results for your customers, the company and yourself.
  • Manage stock control with your customers, Influence availability and distribution of the key selling products.
  • Use our in-house CRM system to log calls, manage orders and maintain a solid market understanding.
  • Be creative in supporting your customers to drive sales.
  • Work within the sales structure, updating your call reports daily and have the ability to feedback interesting market information.
  • Be hungry to surpass sales targets whilst working under pressure to achieve the company’s regional objectives.
  • Be able to travel throughout your territory, maybe staying out periodically depending on sales cycle efficiencies.
  • Be in control and responsible for your territory from day 1.
  • Be a team player, willing and proactively engaging with the senior management teams and other sales executives.

  • Solid knowledge about sales and negotiation processes
  • FMCG/proven sales experience, ideally a strong knowledge of the area, and a passion for building brands.
  • A driver’s license is essential with a maximum of 3 points. You should be comfortable with driving either an automatic or manual vehicle.
  • Ideally you’ll be educated to A level/Bachelor degree in relevant field.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years Field Sales Executive experience.
